2nd Transnational Meeting

The 2nd Transnational Meeting of CODE IS LOADING project was held in 11th  – 12th  of June in Plymouth, England (UK) . The hosting organisation was Europa Training.  The meeting venue was Beckeley Point. The total number of the participants was 22.

The director of Europa Training Gosia Kuklinska made a welcome speech for all the participants and evaluate and summarized the previous (kick-off) meeting.

In partners’ session, all the partners made a presentation about the results of the questionnaires which were applied to teachers and students in all partner countries. After presentations of questionnaires, all partner showed the tutorial videos  (5 videos )  that they prepared fort he e-learning section of the online coding platform.

After lunch break, UCLM made an overall result of all the questionnaires and the evaluation report. With the participation of all partners, the results of the survey were discussed and according to the results, it was decided in which coding languages the videos would be prepared. Then a representative form a national library of the muncipality made a presentation about their project ‘CODE CLUB’which is implemennted with tle leadership of the library for students who are interested in coding.

After the first day’s sessions ,the participants joined the city tour.They had the chance to know the city better. They also had the chance the free time after city tour until dinner.

On the second day of the meeting ;

At the begiing of the meeting of the second day, the presentation was made to introduce the online coding platform by Öznur OVASEVEN from AOS MTAL Team. After the presentation, all the partners mentioned their comments and ideas about the platform and the content of the platform was discussed by all partners. After the scheduling the next meeting and evaluation all participants visit Plymouth University and watched a show about the sky with the with the narration of a specialist. With the certificate ceremony the meeting was finalized.
